• You will comply with all applicable laws and regulations

4. Course Enrollment and Access

Course Purchases

• Course prices are subject to change
• Prices are displayed in USD unless otherwise specified
• Payment Processing: All payments are processed securely through PayPal. We do not store your credit card or payment information on our servers.
• PayPal charges transaction fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 USD per transaction)
• All sales are final unless otherwise stated in our refund policy
• You must have a valid PayPal account or use PayPal's guest checkout

Access Rights

• Course access is granted upon successful payment
• Access is personal and non-transferable
• Lifetime access applies to purchased courses unless otherwise specified
• We reserve the right to update or modify course content
• Courses may be removed or discontinued with notice

Free Trial

• 7-day free trial available for eligible courses
• No credit card required for trial access
• Trial access automatically expires after the trial period
• One trial per user per course

5. Refund Policy

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all course purchases:

• Request a refund within 30 days of purchase
• Must have completed less than 30% of the course
• Refunds processed within 5-10 business days
• Refunds issued to original payment method (PayPal)
• No refunds after downloading course materials or certificates

Transaction Fees

We use PayPal as our payment processor. When processing refunds, please note:

• Payment Gateway Fees: PayPal charges us transaction fees (typically 2.9% + $0.30 USD) for processing payments. These fees are non-refundable by PayPal.
• Refund Amount: The refunded amount will be the purchase price minus the payment gateway transaction fees we paid to PayPal.
• Example: If you paid $100 for a course, PayPal charged us approximately $3.20 in fees. Your refund would be $96.80 (the amount we actually received).
• Transparency: The exact transaction fee deducted will be clearly communicated when processing your refund.

To request a refund, contact support@devbuild.studio with your order number and reason for the refund request.

6. Intellectual Property Rights

Our Content

All content on the Platform, including courses, videos, text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by DevBuild Studio or our licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Your License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to:

• Access and view course content for personal, non-commercial use
• Download materials for offline personal use (where permitted)

Restrictions

You may NOT:

• Copy, reproduce, or distribute course content
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Sell, rent, or sublicense course materials
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices
• Use content for commercial purposes
• Share account credentials or course access
• Record, screenshot, or redistribute video content

7. User-Generated Content

Your Content

You may submit comments, questions, reviews, and other content ("User Content"). You retain ownership of your User Content but grant us a worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display it.

Content Guidelines

User Content must NOT:

• Violate any laws or regulations
• Infringe on intellectual property rights
• Contain hate speech, harassment, or discrimination
• Include spam, advertising, or promotional content
• Contain malware or malicious code
• Impersonate others or misrepresent affiliation

8. Prohibited Conduct

You agree NOT to:

• Violate any applicable laws or regulations
• Use the Platform for any illegal purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to systems
• Interfere with Platform functionality or security
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) without permission
• Reverse engineer or decompile any Platform code
• Harvest user data or contact information
• Engage in fraudulent activities
• Violate the rights of other users

9. Certificates and Credentials

• Certificates are issued upon course completion
• Certificates are for personal use and recognition
• Certificates do not represent academic credit or accreditation
• We reserve the right to revoke certificates for violations
• Certificate verification available via unique URLs

10. Third-Party Services

Our Platform may integrate with third-party services (payment processors, analytics, social media). Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

11. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• Warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose
• Warranties of accuracy, reliability, or completeness
• Warranties of uninterrupted or error-free service

We do not guarantee that:

• The Platform will meet your specific requirements
• Course content will lead to specific outcomes or employment
• Errors or defects will be corrected
• The Platform will be available at all times

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, DEVBUILD STUDIO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY.

Our total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold DevBuild Studio, its officers, directors, employees, and agents harmless from any claims, losses, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from:

• Your use of the Platform
• Your violation of these Terms
• Your violation of any rights of third parties
• Your User Content

14. Termination

By You

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting support. Upon termination, you will lose access to purchased courses unless otherwise specified.

By Us

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms
• Engage in fraudulent or illegal activities
• Abuse or harass other users or staff
• Fail to pay for services

Upon termination, your license to use the Platform ends immediately. Provisions that should survive termination will remain in effect.

15. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the Platform. Material changes will be communicated via email or Platform notification.

Your continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

16. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which DevBuild Studio operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Dispute Resolution

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved through:

2. Binding arbitration (if negotiation fails)

You waive the right to participate in class-action lawsuits or class-wide arbitration.

17. General Provisions

Entire Agreement

These Terms, along with our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and DevBuild Studio.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.

Waiver

Our failure to enforce any provision does not constitute a waiver of that provision.

Assignment

You may not assign or transfer these Terms. We may assign our rights and obligations without restriction.
